以大樓與老屋意象作為設計主軸，簡約內斂的線條勾勒標誌現代大樓主體，其中使用11條橫貫其中的曲線構成，並將下半部曲線代換為具有老屋意象的面。
“11”則象徵聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)中的第11項“促使城市與人類居住具包容、安全、韌性及永續性(Sustainable cities and communities)”，象徵亞美飾危老重建、都市更新的永續經營目標。

Taking the image of the building and the old house as the main design, the simple and introverted lines outline the main body of the modern building. Among them, 11 curves are used to form the building, and the lower half of the curve is replaced with the surface with the image of the old house. "11" symbolizes the eleventh item of the United Nations sustainable development goals, "to promote inclusiveness, safety, resilience and sustainability of cities and human settlements", and symbolizes the sustainable business goals of Asia-Mei adornment of old-fashioned reconstruction and urban renewal.
